Alice's Last Stop: Dighton, MA: 89/351

I'm on the fence for recommendation. I definitely did not like the homefries: brown potatoes, dry & lousy seasoning. However, they have other potato options.

The Irish eggs bene was actually pretty good, eggs cooked just right and homestyle hash. They have thick Texas french toast, even though it's still a standard size piece of bread.

I guess I'd be OK with returning, maybe try the shredded potato. So, I'll barely give it a "Yay."

The Boondocks: Berkley, MA: 88/351

It was great to see red bliss potato homefries, unfortunately a few pieces were under cooked and the seasoning was bland, in addition the added onion was barely, if at all cooked/heated. The hash is canned. While the cinnamon french toast is nicely presented, dusting it with powdered cinnamon doesn't qualify it as cinnamon toast. Coffee was weak and I had to use cream n' sugar to make it palatable.

Sunshine Cafe: Lakeville, MA: 87/351.

Positive: home cooked hash,  red bliss potatoes homefries.

Negative: rather dry, lousy seasoning on the homefries. And don't waste your time with "Texas" French toast. A regular piece of bread does NOT magically transform just by adding powdered sugar/cinnamon.

This place & several others are taking part in this growing fraud. They should all be publicly shamed in the stockade.

"Nay!"
