Wicked Oyster; Wellfleet, MA.
Coffee good enough to drink black. Eggs Florentine with fresh baby spinach, very rare, with a Hollandaise sauce that was different than norm, but, decent. Homefries were slightly mushy, yet, correct red bliss potatoes and an interesting, good taste. I witnessed an order of French toast go by, so, had to try it. Nicely done, thick brioche style that came with SOFT butter!! Boggle my mind when restaurants serve cold, hard butter for any meal.
My quibble is with the upcharge for Maple syrup. Places need to figure out a way to distribute any cost impact across their menu. They don't have to give it out as the standard, however, it should be a FREE option.
"Yay!"
