Half & Half

Non traditional Hollandaise kinda ruins the dish. Hash itself was decent. Also, server never asked which potatoes. I wanted home fries. No, I shouldn't have to ask afterwards.

Cafe Sarina

No actual table service. Order at the counter and they'll bring out the food. 

Hollandaise was bland. I found it odd to have tomato slices under the hash. 

Potatoes are the frozen, pour out of a bag type.

Pignone's

Good hash, Hollandaise was okay, a little dull, but, thicker than many others and no over lemon taste. 

One quibble, which is actually a bigger deal than you'd expect...but, the homefries were Not hot and actually a couple pieces were cold. At least they were in house cut potatoes.

Despite the chilly spuds, I'll give it a "Yay!"

Hollandaise was rather bland. Homefries had that orange tinge generic spice and were room temp at best.

This was a last minute change from initial plan. I actually called to check how late they serve breakfast. 1200, Noon. We were barely going to make it. Woman on the phone was willing to put in an order as long as I promised to show up... Of course! 

2 eggs bene came out within a couple minutes. 

Hollandaise is pretty good. Eggs were a little stiff.(I'm sure they'll do soft poach if ordered). So, I'll cut them a credit especially for being so polite. Unfortunately, the home fries don't get a free pass, frozen potatoes.. Yuck 🤮 

Cute spot with some outdoor seating. Coffee was good and they have WiFi.

So, I'll overlook the home fries since overall it's a nice spot for chow..."Yay."

Cute place. Tiny menu. Potential for daily specials, not for breakfast today. 

No worries, what we had was tasty. They also have beer/wine. And some baked goods, which was yummy.

Very unexpected chance for breakfast while at work. Pleasantly surprised. 

Eggs nicely poached, muffin was soft. Hollandaise wasn't very flavorful, but, better than the many bad tasting versions I've had. 

Potatoes were firm, not el dente, and didn't even need salt. Believe it or not, I even ate the greens. 

"Yay!"

Cash only = automatic "Nay!" 

And the food wasn't worthy. Hash was supposed to be "homemade", I'd say more like modified canned hash. Homefries don't come with the dish, order separate. They were lousy, soft potatoes and the generic all spice. We didn't even get coffee refills. 

Definitely a "Nay!"

Mimosa flight! 😁🥂... Kinda makes it an automatic "yay".

Food was fair. Hollandaise was good enough, not great. I'm not convinced the hash was homemade, seemed more like canned with a little added zing. Home fries were brown potatoes, but, they had that classic greasy spoon flavor, which is okay occasionally. 

With plenty of booze choices... That's always a winner... "Yay!"

Hollandaise had weird flavor. Not sure what the hash was. Home fries mushy with that oily grill taste.

Eggs cooked proper. Hollandaise had some taste (better than many bland versions). Home fries weren't red bliss, but, obviously freshly chopped and served hot. (I've had a lot of cold potatoes).

So, it's a "Yay!

Woot, woot... Big "Yay!"... Actually one of the best I've had anywhere. 

This is the Hawaiian (Spam & pineapple). Eggs nicely done. Hollandaise was tasty on the buttery side v. lemony. Home fries were red bliss. All delicious 😁

So glad I discovered this place. Super cute having breakfast inside an antique shop and the food was very good. Eggs cooked nicely, Hollandaise was tasty and the home fries were ok. Not exactly my style of home fries, but, obviously not frozen. 

They're also opening a back patio that looks fun. 

Between the atmosphere and food it's finally a big, "Yay!"
